VINTERRA ASSOCIATES LLC is a joint venture formed in 2020 between Lazarus Kaufman and Louis Bernard, with their company Lazarus Wines and Spirits LLC (LWS) and the Bellande family, owners of Milcham Trading LLC (MTC). The company, based in Miami, Florida, is a boutique wine and spirits consulting, brokerage and import/wholesale services company covering Florida with access to the entire U.S. and international markets of the Caribbean and Cruise Duty-free.
Both LWS and MTC are fully licensed in the US for the importation and sales of alcoholic beverages with wholesale permits in the state of Florida. The company also maintains permits and licenses for various states in the US based on the requirements of its clients and brands.
VA also offers impartial and independent brand advisory services for the general market at the on premise, off-premise and chain levels, as well as the export and duty-free markets. The demand for these specialized services was spawned by the ongoing consolidation of suppliers, importers, and wholesalers on a national and regional basis, and the resulting difficulties that many suppliers face in the sales, marketing, importation, and distribution of their products.
