The month with the lowest average price was May 2023, when the average price for a property for sale was €2,885 per square meter, according to Tinsa's most recent property valuation report. In March 2025, residential rental properties had an average price of €14.93 per square meter per month, a 3.75% increase compared to March 2024 (€14.39 per square meter per month). Over the past two years, the average price in the province of Málaga reached its peak in September 2024, at €15.07 per square meter. The month with the lowest average price was May 2023, when the average rental price was €11.93 per square meter per month.
During March 2025, the price of property for sale in the province of Málaga was highest in the town of Marbella, at €5,765 per square meter, followed by Benahavis at €5,413 per square meter. In the same month, the price of property for rent in the province of Málaga was highest in the town of Ojén, at €19.21 per square meter per month, followed by Marbella at €18,50.
